Using ACI guidance and his own experiences in concrete production, Mr. Owings will share practical information regarding the items that need to be considered and/or addressed when concrete construction is done during hot or cold weather.

Ms. Dangel will provide general data and anecdotal observations about PLC usage in Kansas and the Midwest region. Time will be spent addressing misconceptions that may exist with PLC versus traditional PC.
