Our annual summer meeting at Breckenridge is just over two months away, July 25 - 27. For those that have attended in the past, you have experienced what a great event this is. For those that have never attended, it is a means to recharge a bit in the middle of our paving season, and a great opportunity to network and get to know your fellow KAPA members and families a bit better...remember...the more kids the better as they love it!
If you have not already, the sooner one makes room reservations the better as these resorts are quite busy in the summer.

The room block cut-off date is Tuesday, July 6. Attendees may make reservations directly with the resort by calling the Group Reservations team at (855) 222-7678, and let the agent on the phone know you are with the Kansas Asphalt Pavement Association. not just KAPA. The Resort will continue to accept reservations after the room block cut-off date on a space and rate available basis. Room charges, tax, and any incidentals will be the responsibility of the individual guests. They will take individuals credit cards at check-in for these charges.
The event sponsorships have all been taken, overall conference sponsorships are available at $700 each, which includes one registration. Thank you to the below event sponsors.
