Nationally recognized expert Ken Justice, P.E., National Ready Mixed Concrete Association, will present on Concrete Surface Characteristics and on Pavement Life Cycle Cost Analysis. Also, Doug Burns, LEED Green Associate, Ash Grove Cement Company, will speak to Sustainable Benefits of Concrete Pavements.
