About the Course. This course presents the practices of
designing, constructing, and rehabilitating concrete
pavements. Other topics that will be covered include the
understanding of concrete types, materials and
equipment used, mix design, jointing and sealing concrete, life cycles and cost analysis, strategies for selecting concrete pavement and restoration and overlays.
Instruction will be provided by the staff of the Missouri/
Kansas Chapter American Concrete Pavement Association
and Kansas Ready Mixed Concrete Association.
